Suggestions on springs to use with 22” rims for a 2012

Waz up everybody,
Looking for any suggestions any of you may have on brands of springs to lower my 2012 on 22” wheels and tires but without sacrificing ride quality.

I see a lot of people who use H&R springs on the explorer and seem to like it a lot. Are you looking for springs or coilovers?

As far as I'm aware, H&R is the only manufacturer currently offering springs for the 5th-Gen Explorers.

Yeah I’ve read most people are using H&R Springs. Thanks for the responses guys.
